My Regrets (Produced by LSP)

LSP - My Regrets
(Produced by
LSP) [Home-Page Track]
This track is of great significance to me and my life, no cheesy
shit. The sample spoke a perfect language and once again my mind was
playing back my biggest regrets.
LSP - Her Revolution
(Produced by
LSP)
The girl exists and she is beautiful.
LSP - All Day I Puff
(Produced by
LSP)
This whole track has been a trip for me (literally, ha). I'm not
normally the one to talk about dro and smoking-up, but it was
inevitable that LSP needed a weed-anthem at some point. After
producing the instrumental, me and my boy were playing some 360 and
the chorus just came to my mind. The rest just happened, funny thing
is, I don't really remember the rest.
LSP - Road to Fame
(Produced by
LSP)
This one is a real cocktail of influences. After spending the last
few weeks producing beats, I felt it was time to drop another solo
LSP joint. I produced the beat and wrote the verses within 4 hours,
the real bitch was all the detail and sugar coating. Definitely a
more up-tempo track.
LSP - In My Lifetime
ft. Vaughn, GregB
(Produced by
LSP)
Blew some dust off of my Genelecs with the beat I made for this
track. Its Poetic Front Face in full effect. Its that golden era
hip-hop.
LSP - If You Only Had
My Eyes
(Produced by
LSP)
As with the previous two tracks I let myself go (nh) a lot more than
usual, just doing what sounds right instead of what sounds normal
and safe. Hip-Hop's been getting either boring or really flamboyant
so I try to distance myself from both.
LSP - Turn The Lights Off
(Produced by
LSP)
As I mentioned previously in the 'Talking Mad' track description, I
seem to be a real sucker (no homo) for acoustic guitars. I felt
adding a lot more elements would clutter the whole thing, so I went
with the idea of more being less. I think it turned out pretty
fresh, definitely a new sound for me, peep.
LSP - Out of My
Window ft. GregB, Vaughn
(Produced by
LSP)
Another raw 90's joint with both GregB and Vaughn on it. Someone got
their feelings hurt, awww.
LSP - Chase {Cinematic Experience}
(Produced by
LSP)
I haven't dropped a dope story joint in years, so I figured if I do
tell a story I'm going to have to tell it properly, on some
Hollywood shit. Used my knowledge in production and threw something
over a pretty gully beat. Make sure to give this one a listen.
LSP - Talkin' Mad
(Produced by
LSP)
Since the beginning I've been fucking with chill acoustic guitars,
so this sample and respective beat were bound to happen. I threw the
drums together on the MPC, then added a much thicker bass-line. Once
the instrumental was done, it took me only a couple of hours to
write, record and mix the joint. Its a light-hearted joint, peep.
LSP - I Ain't Sick
(Produced by
LSP)
As I said on the homepage, by the end of the week my things will be
moved to Jordan. That includes my studio and all of my other music
equipment, so I felt liked I had to bang some shit out before I am
forced to take a swift break. This record is on some old-school shit
some how with a playful and off-tune (ha) chorus, still ill though,
check it.
LSP - Better Than You
(Produced by
LSP)
A lot of cats who peeped the 'You Know' track really fucked with the
end bit where I just start talking shit, so I decided to play with
that sample a little. I just got some new equipment for the studio
in Jordan so I'm Just trying out some new shit. The scratches and
shit are all done by me, I'm really fucking with the tables.
LSP - Forgive Me Game
(Produced by
LSP)
I made the beat for this track back in 2006 but never really knew
what to do with it. Since the loop is quiet simple, I feel I had to
expand on the delivery and chorus to make the shit work. I feel my
new tracks and work is slightly changing direction, if I only knew
to which one, ha.
The Flipside (In
Progress..)

LSP - You Know (NOT Produced by LSP)
Original Producer: The Neptunes
Over the years I have collected a huge-ass library of instrumentals,
some of them are whack as shit and low quality; this one wasn't,
haha. For real though, peep the shit, fire.
Download it
here.
LSP - I Got To (NOT Produced by LSP)
Original Producer: Non Phixion
Although the Flipside is just a mixtape and most cats were telling
me I shouldn't bother to get too deep into it, I feel like I cant
help it. The instrumental is a Necro produced joint which I used to
bump all the way back in my school days. This track tells the
beginning of the story of how my mind state has evolved, in theory (haha),
this is the first of a trilogy so if your sharp enough to catch the
sequels; "You Listen to Music" and don't skim through it, ha.

LSP - With a Little (NOT Produced by LSP)
Original Producer: The Cool Kids
Re-sequenced by: LSP
I've been meaning to make an old school joint for a minute now and
had trouble putting my finger on an instrumental. I think picking
this was the right choice, peep the shit.
Download it
here.
LSP - 9 a.m. (Part I) (NOT Produced by LSP)
Original Producer: Dipset
This is a much more up-beat track than the previous one. It is the
first of a three part mini-story series that will be featured on the
'Flipside' Mixtape. It's about having a bit too much to drink and
the terrible aftermath, haha. Download it
here.
LSP - See My I.D. (NOT Produced by LSP)
Original Producer: Absolute Beginner
Man, the topic of this track has been a fucking burden on my mind
for a while in this part of my life. Me and authority haven't been
getting on at all, ranging from from physical altercations with cops
to being insulted, interrogated etc. What can I say, Fuck them.
Download it
here.
LSP - Owe Me Nothing (NOT Produced by LSP)
Original Producer: Atmosphere/Slug
This is one of the first tracks that are going to be on "The
Flipside" mixtape. The mixtape will feature the opposite of The
Fixtape, all non-LSP produced instrumentals with LSP vocals. I was
just getting some work done when this instrumental came on I knew I
had to write some shit to it. The topic in this joint is about how
fucking frustrating this fucking game can be. Enjoy it

Miscellaneous Tracks
Produced by LSP
LSP - Heroes ft. MDC (Produced by LSP)
I produced this loop on my MPC 2000 like 3 years ago, found it, threw it into the 2500 and added some cuts. Once the shit came together the hook was something to do with Heroes, I hit up MDC, a cat who had made music for the show. That's that.
LSP - Hot Now (Produced by LSP)
I wanted to make a summery joint and had just re-setup my tables and said fuck it. I took a minute to search for some chill shit, cut it to pieces and there is Hot Now.
LSP - Actually Hate (Produced by LSP)
This track I made quiet a while ago. It was for my first big-ex and I got done pretty fucking bad so it was a sarcastic attempt to ask if I could have done anything to help.
LSP - Ready (Produced by LSP)
This was my first (and only *cough*) official number one. It lasted for a couple of weeks and helped me get some recognition in the Middle-East. Shit has a mad old break beat you might know.
LSP - Used to Know (Produced by LSP)
I produced and recorded "Used to Know" towards the end of 2008. It was a very heart-felt time for me so I had actually made this track for a girl. I sampled our favorite record and decided to let her know how I feel.
LSP - Fire in the Sky (Produced by LSP)
Most people ask about the chick speaking in the beginning. No, she isn't a friend of mine, ha, the shit is taken off of the start of a 70's joint I quiet liked and I felt what she was saying was pretty much perfect for how I felt.

This section of the website is where all single tracks get
uploaded. This could be anything, from a freestyle track for
somebody's mixtape to some instrumentals. Either way you wont be
finding full albums here, head to the 'Projects' section for that.
